- Androsta 3,5-dien-7, 17-dione: The most common time for estrogen spikes to happen is post cycle. Hi-tech has included the most potent anti estrogen available, Androsta 3,5-dien-7, 17-dione. Nothing more potent is legal. In addition to this helping control estrogen levels, it also controls cortisol levels in the body, which can be detrimental to muscle growth.
